1 cup uncooked brown rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (28 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cook rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomatoes, seasonings and rice.
Transfer to a greased 2 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered, 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
