Pistachio Cake


1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 Small Pkg. Pistachio Pudding
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp. almond extract
7 drops green food coloring.

Grease and flour a bundt pan.

Mix ingredients and blend for 2 minutes at medium speed.

Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes and then remove from pan.
