Spinach-Cheese Swirls


1/2 of a 17.3 oz pkg. Pepperidge Fram Puff Pastry Sheets
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
1/2 shredded pepper jack cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 green onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg (about 10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained.

Thaw Pastry Sheet at room temperature for 40 minutes. Heat oven to 400. Lightly grease baking sheets or line with parchment paper.

Stir egg and water in small bowl. In another bowl, stir in cheeses, onion and garlic powder.

Unfold Pastry Sheet on lightly floured surface. Brush with egg mixture. Top with cheese mixture and spinach. Starting a short side closer to you, roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into 20 slices. Place slices on side down on baking sheets. Brush with egg mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until golden.
