Glorified Onion Pork Chops


1 tbsp. vegetable oil
6 pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
1/2 cup water

Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper and paprika.

Pan sear them in the oil for about 5 minutes each side. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, sauce onions until tender. Add soup and water. Stir.

Add pork chops. Cover and simmer on low for about 5 minutes or until pork chops are done.
