Spinach and Artichoke Dip



1 can (14 oz. ) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, drained
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded mozarella
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients. Spoon into little casserole dish or 9" pie plate.

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until a little bubbly around the edges.

Serve with crackers
