
2 - 2 1/2 lbs. sirloin tips
1/4 cup flour
1/8 tsp. pepper (or more)
1 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 large green pepper, seeded and sliced in strips
1 large red pepper, seeded and sliced in strips
1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 1/4 tbsp. beef base or beef boullion granules
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce.
Egg Noodles or Rice
1. Cut steak into 1/2 inch strips.
2. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
3. Toss the beef in flour mixture to coat thoroughly. Put in crock pot.
4. In crock pot, put onions, garlic and peppers.
5. Combine tomatoes, beef base, soy sauce and worstershire sauce.
6. Pour over beef, onions and pepper mixture to moisten well.
7. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
8. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
