Brown 2 lbs. Hamburger. Season with a little garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper while meeat is cooking. Drain.
Transfer to crock pot.
Add 8 oz. can tomato sauce, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour.
Add 1 tbsp. chili powder. Add a little more garlic, onion powder. 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. worcestor sauce, 2 tbsp. yellow mustard. A little more salt and pepper.
Stir well. Add lid and cook on low for 2-3 hours or however you think is done. If it starts to stick on the sides, then it's probably done.
Serve on a roll with a slice of pepper jack or mozzarella cheese.
