1 1/2 lbs. ground sausage. If using links, remove the casings.

1 bulb of garlic, minced.

1 (14.5) can diced tomatoes (do not drain)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (24 oz.) bag frozen ravioli
Shredded Mozzarella

Brown the sausage in a skillet all the way through. Add the chopped vegetable and herbs. Pour in the tomatoes and the tomato sauce. Once this comes to a simmer, add the ravioli. Cover and simmer until the ravioli is tender. Remove from heat. Sprinkle the mozzarella. You can quickly put under the broiler to melt the cheese, if you prefer.
