Vikki's Buffalo Chicken Tenders

2 lbs. chicken tenders.  (I couldn't find them, so used 2 large breasts and cut them into thick strips)
1 cup flour
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
Buffalo Wing Sauce

Preheat oven to 400.  Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper.  (I prefer parchment paper).  

Put flour in a bowl or Ziploc bag and put chicken in the bag and shake to coat.

Prepare 2 separate bowls.

Whisk egg and milk in one bowl.  Mix bread crumbs, paprika, garlic power and salt in another bowl.

Dip chicken into the egg mixture and then the bread crumb mixture.  Please on baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes. Turn them over.  Bake for another 10 minutes (or until done).

Remove from oven and brush with Buffalo chicken sauce.  Put back in over for another 3-4 minutes.
