I have way too many recipes and with adult kids who cook and many friends wanting these same recipes, it became easier and much more organized to put them all on here and direct them to this blog.

Avocado Chicken Parmagiana
Avocado Chicken Parmagiana Vikki's Notes: This is a great, healthy recipe. I increase the heat to 400 degrees and cook chicken 10 minutes on each site. (If not done, sometimes a little longer).
