Wine Cake

1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 small package instant vanilla pudding
4 large eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup sherry
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  1. Combine all the ingredients and beat well. Pour into a greased Bundt pan.
  2. Bake at 350*F (175*C) for 40 to 45 minutes.
  3. Cool slightly then turn out onto a plate.
Glaze:
Powdered sugar
Lemon juice
Mix together to a desired consistency. When the cake is cooled completely you can drizzle with the glaze.
