Banana Nut Bread in the Crock Pot

I've made this twice already and it is now our favorite banana bread recipe.

1 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup margarine
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. dark corn syrup (or light corn syrup if that's what you have)
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Grease and flour a 4 1/2 quart crockpot. (I usually buy the cooking spray with the flour and it works really good).

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Then, add to the crockpot.

Cook on high for about 1 1/2 hours. At that point, check it, if a knife doesn't come out clean, then you need to cook it a bit longer. After it is done, let it cool completely and then invert it on a plate.
