
2/12 to 3 lbs. skinless chicken (I prefer thighs)
1 can (28 oz.) stewed tomaotes
1 can (14 oz.) tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. cilantro
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce; add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Pour over chicken and turn crock pot on high for 1 hour or until mixture begins to boil. Reduce to low and let simmer all day. Serve over pasta.
