2 lbs. fresh shrimp (peel, devein and clean)
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. paprika
1-2 tsp. tomato paste
1/3 cup white wine
1/2 lemon (just squeeze the juice into the sauce)
few dashes hot sauce
1 envelope of Sazon Goya
Melt the butter in the pan, add olive oil and garlic. Fry about 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, except the shrimp. Cook 5 minutes. Add the
shrimp. Cook another 3-5 minutes. Do not overcook the shrimp. Serve over
rice.
