Fried Tortellini with Aeoli Dip

Aioli Dip
1 cup mayonnaise
4 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. finely chopped fresh chives

Mix dip and refrigerate.

Tortellini
3 pkg. fresh tortellini. Boil and Drain.

Make an egg wash of 3/4 cup milk and 1 beaten egg.

In a ziploc bag, mix 1 cup fine breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

Heat up oil in a fryer until hot.

Drop tortellini in egg wash and then coat in Ziploc bag mixture.

Drop tortellini in hot oil and cook until golden brown.

Serve in appetizer tray with dip in the middle and fried tortellini placed around it.
