Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

Ingredients:
· 1 box chocolate cake mix
· 1 box chocolate instant pudding
· 2 eggs
· 1 bag mini chocolate chips (make sure it’s mini chips, it won’t come out right
if you use regular sized chocolate chips).
· 1 ¾ cups milk

Preparation:
· Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Hand mix (do not use mixer). Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
· Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour.

Vikki’s Tips:
· This cake does not require frosting! If you want a fancier dessert, drizzle hot fudge on a plate, put a slice of cake on the drizzled hot fudge, sprinkle with sifted confectioners sugar and put a few fresh raspberries on the side.

· Sue said that she has made this recipe with yellow cake and vanilla pudding and it tasted really good.
