Grape Jelly Meatballs

2 lbs. good frozen Italian Meatballs (We like the "Our Best" brand)
1 bottle of chili sauce (12 oz.)
1 1/2 cups of grape jelly

Mix chili sauce and jelly.  Add meatballs to crock pot.  Pour sauce/jelly mixture over top.
Cook in crock pot on low for 4 hours.
