Linguica Sandwiches

1 lb. linguica
2 medium green pepper

2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes, drained of juice.
Salt and pepper

Chop linguica into small chunks.  Saute linguica, onions and pepper until onions are golden.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered about 15 minutes.  Serve on split rolls.
