2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. chicken base or chicken granules
1 cup Creamy Caesar Dressing (We like Newman's Own)
1 whole head of Romaine lettuce, cut up into bite sized pieces
6 Flour Tortillas
Parmesan Cheese
Mix water and chicken base/granules. Pour over chicken in crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Remove chicken from crock pot and shred chicken. Pour water out of the crock pot.
Put chicken in crock pot. Pour in Caesar Dressing. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes.
Top each tortilla with chicken, lettuce, parmesan cheese and a little more Caesar Dressing. Wrap tightly and serve.
Vikki's Notes: If there is leftovers, just mix it up in a big salad bowl and have it the next day as a salad.
