Jorge's Portuguese Potatoes

Vikki's Notes:  To save time, I used 2 (1.5 lb) bags of Yellow Fingerling Potatoes (The Little Potato Company).  Also, I lightened it up and used Turkey Chourico. 

Small potatoes peeled.  (About 3-4 per person)
1 Stick of Chourico (Chopped)
1 Onion (Chopped)
Portuguese crushed red pepper (About 1 Tbsp.)
Tomato Paste (About 1 1/2 Tbsp)
Garlic
Water

Put potatoes in single layer in pan with chourico and chopped onion.

Mix red pepper, tomato paste, garlic power and about 1/4 cup water.  Pour over potatoes.

Put about 1/2 inch of water in pan.

Bake at 375 uncovered for about an hour.  Turning once at midpoint.

If liquid evaporates, add a little more.
