1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
4 cups vegetable juice (like V-8)
4 cups hot water
2 tbsp. instant beef bouillion granules
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. marjaram
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup macaroni
Fresh, grated Parmesan cheese
Brown meat and onion. Drain.
Stir in the next 9 ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes.
Cook macaroni in another pot until cooked. Add to soup.
Serve with fresh, grated Parmesan Cheese and crusty rolls.
