Chicken Filled Jumbo Shells

Ingredients:

· 1 pkg. jumbo shells
· 2 cups finely cooked chicken
· 1 small onion, chopped
· 1 clove garlic, minced
· 6 Tbsp. cream
· 2 eggs, lightly beaten
· 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
· ½ cup Parmesan cheese
· ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
· Salt and pepper to taste
· 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
· 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.

Preparation:
· Cook jumbo shells according to package ingredients.
· In a large bowl, combine the next ten ingredients. Mix well. (I put it in a food processor and pulsed it for a few seconds)
· Fill shells equally with chicken mixture.
· Pour 1/3 of spaghetti sauce in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Arrange shells on sauce.
· Pour remaining sauce over shells.
· Cover and bake for 40 minutes at 350.
· Uncover and spoon sauce over shells. Top with cheese.
· Bake an additional 10 minutes.
