Pasta with Garlic and Olive Oil

"I make this recipe very often because it is simple and I always have the ingredients on hand. I serve this with fresh Parmesan Cheese and it is awesome every time." Picture: Our 10th anniversary cake, the bride and groom statue are on our cake every year.

1 lb. pasta
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp. margarine
4-6 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
A sprinkle of crushed red pepper.

Heat oil and margarine. Add garlic and saute. Add salt and pepper and a little red pepper. Toss with cooked pasta and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
