Country Salisbury Steak

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. Chicken Stove Top Stuffing.
1 3/4 cups water, divided
3/4 chopped onions
1 pkg. mushrooms
1 cup BBQ sauce (like Masterpiece)

Preheat oven to 375.

Mix meat, stuffing, 1 1/4 cups of water and onions. Shape into six 1/2 inch patties. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in over for about 25-35 minutes or until meat is cooked.

In skillet, spray with cooking spray and saute mushrooms until cooked. Add 1/2 cup water and the BBQ sauce. Simmer for about a minute. Serve sauce over salisbury steaks.
