Ingredients:
• 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
• 1 cup bottled barbecue sauce
• 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
• 1 small can (4.5 oz.) diced green chilies
• ¼ tsp. cumin
• ¼ tsp. oregano
• ¼ tsp. cinnamon
• 2 ½ lb. well-trimmed boneless pork loin roast
• ½ cup fresh chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation:
• Mix first 7 ingredients in crock-pot. Add pork.
• Spoon sauce over meat.
• Cover cooker and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
• Remove meat and shred with two forks.
• Pour sauce into serving bowls.
• Mix cilantro with shredded pork (optional)
• Serve on rolls.
