Burritos Supreme


1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 to 2 tbsp. oil
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
8-10 flour tortillas (the smaller ones)
Salsa

Brown ground beef in large skilled and pour off excess fat. Add onion to meat and saute until translucent and tender. Add 1 to 2 tbsp. of oil and stir in green chilies and seasonings. Cook 3-4 minutes to blend ingredients. Stir in refried beans and cook several minutes until well blended.

Scoop 3-4 tablespoons of meat mixture into each tortilla and sprinkle cheese over top. Roll up tortilla and fold ends toward the center just befor the last roll.

Spray 9x13 in pan with cooking spray. Place tortillas in baking dish, seam side down. (I like pour some salsa over top before baking). Cover and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
