Boston Market Rotisserie Chicken

¼ cup oil
1 tbsp. honey (I use a little bit more)
1 tbsp. lime juice
¼ tsp. paprika
Seasoned Salt
Pepper
2 chickens

Mix seasonings well in a saucepan and warm just enough to melt the honey. Put chicken in shallow roasting pan. Rub oil mixture all over the chicken.

Bake uncovered at 425 for about ½ hour. Skin on chicken should be nicely browned. Reduce heat to 375 and cover. Baste frequently. Continue cooking until done.

Cover and let stand for 15-20 minutes before serving.

Tip: This can also be done with 4 chicken breast halves with the skin.
